Booking & Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot.

You may reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of booking without any penalty.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking are non-refundable.

We are happy to assist with rescheduling based on availability.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the full payment.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our policies.

Client No Show Policy

Clients must be available and ready to receive services at the scheduled appointment time.

If a client is unavailable, unable to provide access to the appointment location, or more than 15 minutes late, BMNL reserves the right to classify the booking as a no-show.

In the event of a no-show:

  • The technician may leave the appointment location.
  • The booking will be considered 100% completed for compensation purposes.
  • Any or all deposits, cancellation fees, or booking payments may be retained by BMNL.
  • Refunds will not be issued except where required by law or approved by BMNL management.

Allergy & Sensitivity Policy

At Bathurst Mobile Nails & Lashes, your safety and comfort are our priority.

We use professional-grade products for all nail, lash, and brow services. However, some clients may have sensitivities or allergies to certain ingredients.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Please inform us prior to your appointment if you have any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.

• Patch tests are strongly recommended at least 24–48 hours before your appointment for lash and brow services, especially if you have sensitive skin or are unsure.

• BMNL Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions if relevant information has not been disclosed prior to your appointment.

• Due to the nature of our services, results may vary and we do not offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities, particularly if relevant information was not disclosed prior to your appointment.

• If you experience any discomfort, irritation, or reaction during your appointment, please notify your technician immediately.

Your health and safety are important to us, and we are happy to adjust services where possible to ensure a comfortable experience.

Travel Fees

Our event packages already have travel fees included in them. For other products or services travel fees may apply depending on your location and distance from our technicians. Any additional fees are communicated before your appointment is confirmed.

Parking Fees 

Parking fees may apply in certain Sydney locations, apartment buildings, hotels, or CBD areas where paid parking is required. This will be communicated in advance.
