Do you charge travel fees?
Our event packages already have travel fees included in them. For other products or services travel fees may apply depending on your location and distance from our technicians. Any additional fees are communicated before your appointment is confirmed.
Are parking fees included?
Parking fees may apply in certain Sydney locations, apartment buildings, hotels, or CBD areas where paid parking is required. This will be communicated in advance.
How long do appointments take?
Appointment times vary depending on the service booked. Larger appointments and combination packages may require additional time.

What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the booking may be rescheduled. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking are non-refundable due to technician scheduling and travel commitments.

Yes. Many clients combine lashes, brows, and nails into one appointment for birthdays, bridal prep, girls nights, and special events.
